David ("Dave") Collins grew up moving all over the country as a pastor's kid, with the last 17 years spent primarily in the Waterloo-Cedar Falls area. He considers Iowa home and has a passion for serving the people and communities that have shaped his life.
Throughout his childhood and teenage years, Dave became heavily involved in church technology, eventually taking over the sound, video, and technical operations for his local church. This experience laid the foundation for his love of technology and helped equip him with the knowledge and skills that continue to serve him today.
Professionally, Dave has spent more than a decade working in technology support and repair. His experience includes supporting organizations such as John Deere and ALDI, working in repair shops, and helping countless friends, family members, churches, and local businesses solve their technology challenges.
For Dave, technology is more than a career—it's a passion. He enjoys diagnosing problems, repairing devices, and tackling new technical challenges that others may find frustrating. Whether it's a computer that won't boot, a cracked phone screen, or a network issue that seems impossible to track down, he loves finding solutions and bringing technology back to life.
